This hotel exceeded our luxury expectations. the room amenities were exclusive and fulfilled our every need, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great choice to relax in the sauna before a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool.
The restaurant could have used a better variety in food options, especially for dinner. the in-room breakfast service was impeccable, and the bar/lounge area served delicious cocktails.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in this fantastic area is great - pretty close to the town centre of this city which has many hotels. The room was clean and nice, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Additionally, we were pleased with the friendly and kind staff at the lobby.
Can't think of anything.

The breakfast was plentiful and the bar prices were quite reasonable. the hotel was an ideal base for exploring the Cappadocia region due to its proximity to key tourist attractions.
The hotel was in need of updating and the rooms were quite old-fashioned. the curtains did not block out sunlight and the air conditioning was not very effective.

I spent Christmas at this hotel, the festive atmosphere was quite enjoyable. The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. I really appreciated the free parking and complimentary breakfast which was quite good quality. The hotel’s proximity to the city was great as walking around was very easy. The live music during dinner was pleasant and made the experience quite enjoyable.
My room was not clean enough, there was dust everywhere, which was not nice. The hotel would definitely benefit from room refurbishments as they look quite old-fashioned and worn out.
